This recipe makes owning a slow cooker worthwhile! From tbsp recipes.
Secure:
2 to 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin.
12 ounces of Root Beer.
18 Ounces of your favorite barbecue sauce.
Place the tenderloin into your slow cooker. I like to quarter it first.
Pour the bottle of Root Beer over it.
Cook on high, for 6 hours.
Remove the pork, and ditch the remaining fluid. Shread the meat with a fork, and return it to the Crock Pot. Stir in the barbecue sauce, and set heat to warm.
Serve on buns with cole slaw, and a little extra BBQ sauce on the side. Have you ever had better barbecue?
