If your personal beliefs allow the use of alcohol, here’s a nice way to close your day.
Fill about 1/3 of a small wine glass with sloe gin. If you have it, add a splash or two of Tanqueray – no problem if you don’t. Then, pour in a roughly equal amount of tonic water, and drop in enough ice cubes to fill the glass.
Relax, and enjoy – taking it EASY.
